Wells Fargo Bank Has Sold Mesa Office Property for $4 Million

Phoenix, Arizona – On behalf of Wells Fargo Bank, Eric Wichterman, Mike Coover and Mark McGranahan of Cushman & Wakefield have closed the sale of 305 E. Main Street in Mesa, Ariz. California-based Caliber Companies purchased the property for $4 million.

The 50,018-square-foot office property is located at the center of the historical district of downtown Mesa, prominently situated on the southwest corner of Main Street and Mesa Drive and fronts along the Metro Light Rail. Constructed in 1985, the property is currently 20% occupied by Wells Fargo Bank who will remain on the entire ground floor.

Wichterman stated, “Wells Fargo’s departure from the majority of this facility presented a superb and rare value-add play within an opportunity zone. Interest in the asset was brisk and we congratulate Caliber Companies on executing flawlessly and coming out on top.”
