With development plans already underway for major projects throughout Arizona, VanTrust Real Estate recently acquired 76.4-acres of land at Sarival Road and Maryland Avenue strategically located along the Loop 303 corridor in Glendale, Arizona.
VanTrust plans to break ground in October on a 660,000 square-foot speculative industrial building to be completed in June of 2021. The site offers access to the entire Valley and provides distribution tenants with a convenient transportation corridor to maximize their logistic efficiencies.
“The site is located in close proximity to a growing and skilled labor force, along with prime access to the Loop 303 freeway. Upon completion, the speculative industrial space will offer its end-user 40-foot clear heights, clerestory glass for abundant natural light, ample auto and trailer parking, and convenient access to the Loop 303, Northern Parkway, and Interstate 10.
