35 Luxury Condominiums Hit the Market Priced from the High $600,000s

PHOENIX, ARIZ. – Thirty-five condominiums will hit the market this week when The Statesman Group releases the second phase of sales at The Luxe, a $145 million luxury condominium community located within the sought-after Desert Ridge neighborhood.

Following the success of the nearly sold-out first phase that broke ground just last month, the second phase will be comprised of two- and three-bedroom floorplans and customizable penthouse units ranging in size from 1,636 to 2,281 square-feet, priced from the high $600,000s. With two additional phases planned, the community will feature 223 condominiums that sit within six, four-story buildings once completed. 

“With The Luxe, we’ve culminated our 40 years of multifamily experience to create a community that caters exactly to what our buyers have asked for over the years,” said Alana Mann, president and owner of The Statesman Group. “We’ve learned that the typical steel structure built at other high-end condos around the Valley was not necessarily the best practice for sound attenuation. So, we took that feedback into consideration and met with acoustic assembly experts to design a new and improved super structure by incorporating wood and eight-inch, post-tension concrete slabs with sound absorbing mechanisms for The Luxe that is most effective in mitigating sound. This is one of many upgrades buyers can expect at The Luxe.”

Within the second phase, each residence will feature modern, open living spaces with great rooms; expansive kitchens with built-in ovens, drop-in stovetops and oversized islands; large walk-in closets; and two enclosed underground parking units with storage and an optional garage gate for privacy. Homes at The Luxe will bring the outdoors in with massive cascading doors that open out to some of the Valley’s largest condominium patios complete with an optional outdoor kitchen, plus views of the water features, pool, courtyard and green spaces.
