SRS welcomes Dena Roberts as operations coordinator in the Phoenix office where she will manage the day to day operations of the office, maintain the transaction database, act as a liaison between corporate HR, IT and accounting to ensure compliance, and prepare and implement their annual budget.
Roberts has more than 18 years of experience in operations and management in both residential and commercial real estate.
She most recently worked with the Arizona Association of Realtors© as a business applications specialist where she provided software training and support for their network of realtors. She has also held roles in marketing services and transaction management at other previous employers. Roberts has several industry certifications and licenses including the National Association of Realtors© management courses, courses from Keller Williams University in business leadership, operations, and many more. She also currently has her Arizona real estate license.
