Savills appointed David Kollar as senior project manager in its Phoenix office, extending the firm’s capabilities in the growing region. Kollar will draw on his expertise in design and construction management to offer a strategic perspective to clients.
“Phoenix continues to be one of the fastest-growing cities in the US, with a significant increase in development, an expanding workforce, and a thriving business community,” said Vice Chairman Tiffany Winne. “We are looking forward to tapping into David’s expertise to provide high-quality and progressive occupant experiences for our clients as we expand our capabilities, including project management, in the region.”
Kollar brings over eight years of experience to the role, providing a range of services including site selection, project development, and tenant improvement and build-to-suit construction projects. He joins Savills from JLL where he was project manager. There he completed a campus-wide tenant improvement project for a Fortune 100 financial services company. Prior to JLL, Kollar was an architectural associate at Los Angeles-based Armet Davis Newlove Architects.
Kollar received a bachelor’s in architectural studies and construction management from Kent State University and a master’s in real estate from Georgetown University. He serves on the City of Phoenix Desert View Village Planning Committee, providing guidance on zoning and city planning issues. He is also a member of the American Planning Association and an associate member of the American Institute of Architects and the Urban Land Institute.
