Agreement Expands Company’s Management Footprint in Midtown Phoenix
Plaza Companies has been selected to provide property management services to the City of Phoenix’s Family Advocacy Center at 2120 N. Central Avenue.
The three-story office building includes a two-story parking structure and includes more than 87,000 square feet of space. It expands Plaza’s property management portfolio in the midtown Phoenix area, as the company’s overall management portfolio approaches 4 million square feet. Plaza Companies will take over property management duties on September 30.
The Family Advocacy Center is home to a broad spectrum of programs provided by the City of Phoenix to help residents in need or who are dealing with personal, family or financial issues. Plaza currently provides property management services to several office buildings in the area, as well as its Park Central development, the new Helios Education Foundation building and the TGen building in downtown Phoenix.
