    CBRE has negotiated the sale of Scottsdale Road Plaza in Scottsdale. The net leasable of 14,073 SF square-foot mixed-use building is located at 4253 N. Scottsdale Rd.     Cassidy Turley announced they successfully sold 21601 N. 21st Avenue, a ±13,068-square-foot warehouse property in Phoenix. Bunker Hill, LLC.   • NorthMarq Arranges $2.3 Million Mortgage for Sun Valley Plaza

    James DuMars, svp/managing director of NorthMarq’s Phoenix regional office, arranged first mortgage refinancing of $2.3 million for Sun Valley Plaza, a 94,094 sq. ft. retail center.  The property is located at 7246-7340 E. Main Street in Mesa, Ariz. Main Street Antique Mall, Denim & Diamonds and Wild West Mercantile are major tenants at the site.

    Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate provider in the U.S., completed the sale of Phase I (±15-acres) of a 23-acre site within the Las Sendas master-planned community to Ryland Homes. Total consideration for the full 23-acre site is $5 million. Sale price for the Phase 1 property was $3.325 million ($219,864 per acre). Desert
