Triumph Properties Group, Safeway, and SRS are pleased to announce the grand reopening of the Moon Valley Shopping Center, located at the NWC of 7th Street and Thunderbird Road, in Phoenix.
The renovation of the Safeway, in conjunction with a new 20-year lease, included a new façade and store expansion, as well as a complete interior remodel. Interior upgrades included the installation of a new Starbucks, modernizations of the meat/seafood department, the deli and bakery departments, the liquor department, and the pharmacy.
The renovations of the adjacent shop space consisted of new storefronts, stucco, paint, fixtures, rock detailing on columns, plus new monument and building signage. Common area upgrades comprised of updated landscaping, irrigation, asphalt, lighting, and ADA compliance updates.
