The Verde at Cooley Station land is a staple to the Gilbert community. For more than 90 years, four generations of the Cooley family have been farming in the region. The Cooley family’s road to the Southeast Valley began in 1919 where they started a legacy of farming cotton, alfalfa, and grain, in addition to operating a small dairy. Each successive generation of the Cooley Family has watched and contributed as the Gilbert landscape has grown from a sleepy agricultural town to a prosperous and ever-expanding community.
Restaurant, retail, office and health/wellness tenant announcements will be shared across the project’s social media platforms. Work on the first phase of the development will carry on through the new-year with an expected open in late 2020.
