Waterview Residential will incorporate 260 apartment units along with an underground parking garage and 14,000 square feet of amenity space.
McShane Construction Company was selected by Stockdale Capital Partners to provide general construction services for Waterview Residential. Located in Scottsdale, Arizona, the new multi-family development will incorporate 260 units.

Positioned on a 7.68-acre site, the building will feature podium-style construction with four stories of wood framing atop a single-story below-grade parking garage incorporating 407 parking spaces.
The development will also offer nearly 14,000 square feet of amenity space, including a fitness center, demonstration kitchen, co-working space and a sky lounge. Outdoor amenities will include a pool courtyard and lounge, an activities courtyard and multiple decks.
Each unit will incorporate upscale finishes and an in-unit washer and dryer.
McShane also provided pre-construction services for the development, including value engineering to ensure that the project achieves budgetary goals while maintaining quality and finish standards.
Completion of Waterview Residential is expected for September 2023. The architect is Studio One Eleven.
