Lee & Associates Arizona Negotiates Sale of Parkland Center II for $3.5M

Matt Hobaica of Lee & Associates Arizona negotiated the sale of Parkland Center II in Tempe for $3.5 million.

 Lee & Associates Arizona announced today that Principle Matt Hobaica arranged the $3.5 million sale of Parkland Center II, a 35,542-square-foot industrial warehouse space in Tempe. Hobaica represented the buyer, BPG Designs, a design and construction firm, in the transaction. The seller, DCT Industrial, was represented by JLL.

“BPG Design currently occupies approximately 60 percent of the building, and the balance is 100 percent leased to other tenants,” said Hobaica. “When the opportunity to purchase the building became an option, they pursued it. BPG is excited about the opportunity to expand into the other suites as their business continues to grow.”

The property, which is located at 7307 S. Harl Ave., was built in 1982 sits on 2.34-acres. It features 103 car parking, grade-level loading and excellent access to Interstate 10.
