The Tucson office of the Land Advisors Organization, the nation’s largest land brokerage firm, announced today the successful closing of ±122 acres at the Rancho Vistoso ‘Donut Hole’, located northeast of North La Cañada Drive and West Moore Road in Oro Valley, Arizona. The ‘Donut Hole’ property, so named because of the way the golf course wraps around it, is situated on the 8 holes towards the back of the course.
Land Advisors Organization broker Will White negotiated this transaction, representing both buyer and seller.
The Rancho Vistoso acreage was being sold by Vistoso Holdings, LLC and Vistoso Holdings Two, LLC (True Life Communities – Taber Anderson, CIO) and was purchased for $22.8M, by Maracay Homes.
Maracay Homes’ final plan consists of six distinct gated neighborhoods featuring a mix of executive, vacation and family home plans from their New Arizona Living Collection with four home models aimed at maximizing the community’s views and features.
Maracay Homes’ timeframe is to have final plat by March 2014, with the ability to start land development by Q2 2014 for sales in early 2015.
