Greenlight Communities has selected RangeWater, a leading national multifamily management and real estate company, to provide property management services for its newest property, Cabana Hayden.
The company has recently begun leasing at Cabana Hayden, located at 2240 N. Hayden Road, with 89 units now available for potential residents. The property will open to new residents to move in on March 10, 2021.
Founded in 2006, privately owned RangeWater Real Estate has over a decade of expertise in acquiring, developing, managing, and investing in multifamily communities across the Southeastern and Southwestern United States. The company is a leader in raising and managing funds for direct investment in real estate, with a portfolio that has developed and acquired an excess of $5 billion in assets.
Cabana communities provide brand-new living spaces with modern designs and desired amenities – all at attractive, attainable rental prices. Cabana Hayden offers studio, one and two bedrooms with rents starting at $999 per month. The property features several inviting amenities, including desirable appliances and kitchen finishes, luxury vinyl tile and LittleBird smart technology.

Greenlight’s Cabana Hayden is a joint venture between Greenlight and Holualoa Companies.
Greenlight is currently in the process of building more than 3,000 new Cabana units in the Phoenix metro area and beyond. The Cabana Hayden property is one of seven new-build Cabana projects announced to date and will make use of Greenlight’s innovative approach and industry-changing designs to create communities with reasonable rent rates.

Greenlight Communities has projects under construction and in the development pipeline in additional cities as well, including Scottsdale, Goodyear, Glendale and Mesa.
