Phoenix, Arizona – Evergreen Devco, Inc., a leading retail and multifamily development company, announced today that it has completed the sale of a retail pad site for a Salad and Go restaurant located at 3425 W. Greenway Road in the northwest Valley.
The Phoenix-based drive-thru fast-food salad restaurant purchased a 33,062-square-foot pad site to develop their 19th Valley location, situated just west of Interstate 17.
The transaction is part of Evergreen’s 211,745-square-foot, five pad development project in the parking field of a redeveloped Cube Smart-anchored space. Two pads are 100 percent leased and two other pads are sold with the fifth pad in escrow. The five pads are situated on 3.76 acres of land.
Max Bippus of CBRE represented Evergreen in the sale and David Jarand of Avison Young represented the buyer.
Salad and Go expects to open this location later this year and will join Black Rock Coffee, Wilhelm Automotive and Quick Quack Car Wash, which are also lined up for the retail mix.
