Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health leased approximately 16,072 square feet (sf) at 2025 N. 3rd St. in Phoenix.
Senior Associate Curtis Chickerneo represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. The landlord, Murphy Ventures, was represented by Lindsey Carlson of Colliers International.
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health merged with another local behavioral health group – Youth and Families First – which inspired the relocation. “As we explored Devereux’s programs and locations around the state, it became apparent that a strategic move could offer a cost-effective solution to consolidate to a more centralized location within the Phoenix metro area,” said Chickerneo.
The midtown submarket offered Devereux solutions for strengthening the corporate identity with a sizable footprint in the Central Corridor; saving commute times for employees with easy access to different parts of the Valley within close proximity to highways and public transportation; and cost effective savings of midtown’s competitive rental rates.
“Brookstone offered a unique opportunity for Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health to grow into the full 16,072 SF over a period of time to accommodate growth and reorganization of the company,” added Chickerneo.
