Majority of center leased to national tenants, shadow-anchored by major global retailer
Cushman & Wakefield announced today the firm has brokered the sale of the Gilbert Gateway Towne Center North, a 265,878-square-foot retail destination shopping center in Gilbert (Phoenix), Arizona.
Located at the northwest corner of Power and Ray roads, Gilbert Gateway Towne Center was more than 80% leased overall to a complementary collection of tenants comprising several major national and regional brands. The center is also shadow anchored by one of the world’s largest retailers.
