Cushman & Wakefield announced today the firm has brokered the sale of a vacant corporate headquarters facility in Scottsdale, Arizona for $39 million.
Located in the city’s desired Central Scottsdale submarket, the two-story, 200,000-square-foot office building was formerly occupied by a Fortune 100 Insurance Company. The new owner, Dansons, will relocate its headquarters from central Phoenix to Scottsdale, where it will continue to expand its operations.
Dansons, a privately held company with over 400 employees, manufactures and sells BBQ smokers and grills, with such brand names as Pit Boss and Louisiana Grills, which are available across multiple leading retailers and direct-to-consumer sales and are sold in more than 30 countries worldwide. Dansons is also in the consumable products market and wood pellet manufacturing and sales side of the industry.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Dave Carder and Scott Boardman in Phoenix represented Dansons in the transaction, and Fred Darche and Spencer Nast with Lee & Associates represented the seller.
