Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Curtis Hornaday has been named Associate Market Director for the firm’s Phoenix Research Group.
Hornaday will be responsible for overseeing the Cushman & Wakefield Research Department in the Phoenix office. He will continue to work with his team to provide the most accurate, timely and insightful market information available through internal and external databases.

Carney, Managing Principal of Cushman & Wakefield. “He also works to manage and maintain positive local relationships between the Research Department, other company departments and the Cushman & Wakefield Real Estate Professionals within each real estate specialty.”
Hornaday, a Phoenix native and 2005 graduate of Arcadia High School, has been with Cushman & Wakefield for 2.5 years, where he started out as a Research Administrator and quickly moved up the ranks to his current position. Previously, he held positions as a Sales and Project Coordinator with Sequel2 and Business Manager at NuttyBuddy.
A graduate and former NCAA baseball player of Regis University in Denver, Hornaday holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Curtis is an active Certified Ambassador with GPEC and also involved with NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Group and ULI’s partnership forum.
