The 824-square-foot, single-tenant building is 100% leased to Dutch Bros, the largest privately owned drive-thru coffee company. Recently completed in 2018, Dutch Bros is located at a Fry’s Grocery anchored intersection with other national tenants that include CVS, McDonald’s Dairy Queen, Jack in the Box, Taco Bell, Subway and Wells Fargo.
“This is the second Dutch Bros location up in Prescott and we are excited to help the original developers sell the property. This concept is growing rapidly in Arizona and I know the property will be a nice long-term investment for the buyer,” said Chris Hollenbeck.
