GLENDALE, ARIZ. – Phoenix Commercial Advisors facilitated the sale of The Corner at Arrowhead. The two-tenant retail pad, located on 1.38 acres on the northeast corner of 73rd Avenue and Bell Road at 7280 W. Bell Road, Glendale, Ariz., sold for $3,770,000 or $679 per square foot.
The 5,555-square-foot building with drive-thru was 100 percent leased to two internet-resistant food service tenants—Costa Vida and Slapfish. Chad Tiedeman at Phoenix Commercial Advisors represented the seller, Diversified Partners, in the transaction.
