Thompson joins the well-established healthcare services team of Michael Dupuy and Fletcher Perry, both associate vice presidents; and Sean Westfall, associate. She is also a member of Colliers’ Healthcare Services Group, a nationwide team of real estate professionals who provide specialized services to the healthcare industry.

With more than 13 years of experience in medical and office real estate, Thompson has worked extensively with institutional clients, REITs and private investors. Her strong agency leasing background notably includes representing more than 1.2 million square feet of medical office space in Arizona for Healthcare Trust of America, Inc., a publicly traded REIT.

“We are pleased to welcome Rachael to Colliers. Her in-depth knowledge of medical office space and expertise in landlord representation complements and strengthens the spectrum of healthcare real estate services provided to our clients,” said Bob Mulhern, managing director of Colliers International in Greater Phoenix.

“Rachael is a skilled professional who understands the intricacies of the medical office market,” added Dupuy. “Her insight into the healthcare industry and experience developing marketing strategies will be of considerable value to our clients and our team.”

“What attracted me to Colliers was its collaborative culture, dynamic leadership and comprehensive national healthcare services platform,” said Thompson. “I am excited to have the opportunity to work with the exceptional team of Dupuy, Perry and Westfall, who have a proven track record of success in healthcare real estate. I look forward to working with them to expand our services to clients and grow the team’s presence in the market.”
