PHOENIX ARIZ. – CBRE announced that Charles Miscio has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Advisory & Transaction Services, in the Phoenix office. He will focus on office leasing, representing institutional owners of office properties throughout metro Phoenix.
A 30-year commercial real estate veteran, Miscio returns to CBRE after 12 years with Colliers International, where he served as Executive Vice President. He has been involved in the leasing, sale, development, redevelopment and marketing of some of the most high-profile office properties in Phoenix, primarily in the Downtown and Midtown submarkets. Notable projects include his involvement in the redevelopment of Park Central Mall and Sky Harbor Towers and assisting USAA in the purchase of its corporate campus in Deer Valley. His recent client roster includes BH Properties, The Muller Company, Harbert Management, Lexington Realty Trust, The Krausz Companies, Arizona Central Credit Union (ACCU) and Sperry Equities.

Miscio is a member of NAIOP and has a passion for volunteering with children’s charities in the Valley. He is a Level 4 hockey coach and has coached 28 competitive hockey teams across metro Phoenix. Currently, he serves as Associate Head Coach of the hockey team at Notre Dame Prep.
Miscio holds a B.A. in economics and art history from the College of William and Mary and studied economic studies and socialized medicine at Cambridge University in England. He started his career in commercial real estate in Washington D.C. before relocating to Phoenix in 1994. He started with CBRE in 2001.
