Cushman & Wakefield Negotiates Sale to Boston Investor
PHOENIX, ARIZ. – Cushman & Wakefield announced that Buchanan Street Partners of Newport Beach, Calif. sold Quattro, a multi-tenant office building located at 4310-4350 E. Cotton Center Blvd. in Phoenix. Boston-based Albany Road Real Estate Partners purchased the property for $43.5 million.
Tracy Cartledge, Bob Buckley and Steve Lindley of Cushman & Wakefield’s Phoenix office negotiated the transaction on behalf of the seller.
“With institutional-quality design and construction, a central Cotton Center location, and blue-chip tenancy, Quattro is arguably the finest flex office property in metro Phoenix,” said Buckley. “Exceptionally positioned by Buchanan Street, it should continue to be a high performing asset for Albany Road.”
Quattro is a 264,994-square-foot, flex office property located within the prestigious Cotton Center business park. Built in 2002, the property is 92.5% leased to a billion-dollar tenant roster including CVS Health, Freeport-McMoRan, Konica Minolta, Sodexo, and Xerox.
