ZELL Commercial Real Estate Announces Recent Transactions

ZELL Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., a shopping center management and leasing firm based in Phoenix, Ariz. announces the following retail lease transactions:

Elation Skin Spa, offering skin therapies and related services, has signed a lease for 896 square feet in 7th Street Plaza located at 822 E Union Hills Drive in Phoenix, Arizona. Donna Reece and Bryan Ledbetter, CCIM of ZELL Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. represented the Landlord and Garen Avanesyan of US Preferred Realty represented the Tenant.

C-A-L Ranch Stores has signed a lease for 75,706 SF in the Mervyn’s Plaza in Yuma, Arizona. Bryan Ledbetter, CCIM of ZELL Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. and Neil Board of Western Retail Advisors co-represented the Tenant, and Tom Pancrazi of A.T. Pancrazi Real Estate Services represented the Landlord in this transaction.

C-A-L Ranch Stores leased 50,311 square feet in The Market at Estrella Falls Power Center located at the intersection of West McDowell Road and Pebble Creek Parkway in Goodyear, Arizona.  Bryan Ledbetter, CCIM of ZELL Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. and Neil Board of Western Retail Advisors co-represented the Tenant, and Brian Christifulli of Macerich Arizona Partners, L.L.C. represented the Landlord in this transaction.

Family Traditions BBQ, which previously offered only catering, has leased 3,100 square feet in Bell Tower Village Shopping Center, located at the southeast corner of Bell Road and 51st Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona from which they will operate a BBQ restaurant along with providing catering services. Jennifer Eggert and Donna Reece ZELL Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. represented the Landlord in this transaction.

Pink Q Nails, signed a lease for 1,323 square feet in Tatum Park Place Shopping Center located at 15530 N. Tatum Boulevard in Phoenix, Arizona.   Jennifer Eggert of ZELL Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. represented the Tenant, and Zach Pace of Phoenix Commercial Advisors represented the Landlord.
