YouMail Inc., the leading provider of intelligent telephony services for small businesses and consumers, today announced that it is working with RE/MAX, the No. 1 name in real estate, and Tom Ferry, the real-estate industry’s top-rated sales coach, to increase the number of agents across North America using its YouMail digital assistant app to agents. YouMail also announced that its service has reached a new milestone, now handling more than 25 million calls per year for real estate agents alone.
YouMail is a smartphone app designed to give callers a great experience, even when someone is too busy or unable to answer their phone — a common situation for active real estate agents.
Thousands of real estate professionals already use YouMail’s automated digital assistant to manage incoming phone calls and provide a more personalized touch for their clients and prospects.
YouMail’s new relationship with RE/MAX will allow the YouMail service to be marketed to the RE/MAX network of agents and partners in the U.S. and Canada. RE/MAX holds the No. 1 market share position in the U.S. and Canada, based on the number of residential transactions completed, and has a network of more than 100,000 agents in nearly 100 countries worldwide, more than any other real estate brand.
With Tom Ferry, YouMail will be promoted to 100,000 realty agents each year at more than 300 live events, and through Ferry’s weekly YouTube series.
“Real estate agents are usually swamped with appointments and open houses, making it hard to stay connected with clients while on the go,” said Ferry, who is also a long-term YouMail customer. “YouMail allows agents to easily forward calls to an assistant, loan officer, or title rep all in one tap, vs. replaying a voice message and calling the person back. There are more than one million real estate agents out there, and all of them should be on YouMail.”
“YouMail provides a real competitive advantage in capturing new client phone leads, and responding quickly to critical calls,” said Mike Ryan, executive vice president at RE/MAX. “As an approved supplier, and with the training from coach Tom Ferry, our agents will be armed with a differentiating tool to help them efficiently and effectively communicate with their clients.”
YouMail is a powerful business productivity tool for real-estate agents. It answers and greets preferred callers by name, while blocking calls that users don’t want to receive. It replies to callers automatically, letting them know why the agent wasn’t available, collecting the caller’s contact information, and giving them the option to contact the agent via e-mail or a web site.
The app accurately transcribes voicemail and delivers messages to any device, including by e-mail or text, and it includes a massive mailbox that is guaranteed to never be full again. Additionally, YouMail can automatically route important callers to a front office assistant to allow for fast responses, and it can be configured as an after-hours answering service. Together, these features help agents retain customers and capture leads they might have otherwise lost.
“That kind of VIP treatment makes real estate clients feel they are receiving highly personalized attention from the agent, which raises customer satisfaction,” Ferry said. He advises all of his network members and coaches to download the YouMail app to save time and provide a great caller experience for clients and prospects.
To reduce time that agents waste on annoying robocalls, YouMail now also includes a proprietary technology called Smart Blocking™ that detects robocalls — including those generated by spoofing systems. YouMail tricks them into thinking that the user’s number has been disconnected, so they get taken off of auto-dialer lists.
“YouMail saves 93% of its subscribers at least 3-5 hours a week by enabling them to intelligently manage their calls,” said Alex Quilici, CEO of YouMail. “We are thrilled to partner with RE/MAX and Tom Ferry, two of the biggest brands in the real-estate industry, to help real estate agents become more productive and grow their businesses.”
