WorkLyfe Leases Co-Working Space in Camelback Corridor

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that WorkLyfe (CoWork, LLC) leased approximately 18,358 square feet (SF) at Biltmore Financial Center located at 2390 E. Camelback Road in Phoenix.

Larry Downey, Curtis Chickerneo, Brett Thompson, Ari Klein and Matt Greaney of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. The landlord, ViaWest Properties LLC, was represented by Jerry Roberts, Corey Hawley and Pat Boyle of CBRE.

 

“We began the process by investigating a number of different submarkets and various product types before finalizing the transaction at Biltmore Financial Center,” said Downey.

ViaWest Group recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation of the Biltmore Financial Center, evolving the property into a more collaborative work environment. Renovations included new speculative suites, a new 3,500 SF tenant lounge and upgrades to the café and 4,400 SF gym. In addition, significant improvements were made to the lobby, corridors, bathrooms, elevators and building entries and signage.

“WorkLyfe’s new location is a perfect place to take advantage of the building’s new renovations,” added Chickerneo. “The intersection of 24th Street and Camelback provided a centralized location for the clients targeted demographics.”

“It was a pleasure working with this Landlord as the level of character displayed through the negotiations was second to none,” said Klein.
