The Rockefeller Group announced today that Wallace, Plese + Dreher, one of the leading certified public accounting firms in Arizona and the Southwest, will occupy the remaining 10,500 square feet of office space at Chandler Corporate Center. The office building is now 100% leased.
“Since we completed construction of the first building at Chandler Corporate Center in 2009, we’ve consistently added great tenants like Wallace, Plese + Dreher who have chosen to move to and grow their business in Chandler,” said Mark Singerman, Regional Director at The Rockefeller Group’s Phoenix office. “Now that we are fully occupied, we look forward to leasing the next phase of Chandler Corporate Center, our 82,000 SF flex/office building with 6/1,000 parking which began construction last month and is anticipated to be completed in early September 2014.”
Wallace, Plese + Dreher, whose offices are currently located at 3933 S. McClintock Drive in Tempe, chose to relocate to Chandler Corporate Center to accommodate their growth.

Chandler Corporate Center is a master-planned business park at the northwest corner of McClintock Drive and Chandler Boulevard in Chandler, AZ.
