VIAONE Arranges $1.75M Investment Sale in Mesa, AZ

VIAONE structures the sale of another 9,852-square foot free-standing fire station occupied by AMR-Rural/Metro at 7631 E Main Street in Mesa for $1.75M. Sossaman Station provides fire and emergency medical response services for the unincorporated areas within the city of Mesa. Additionally, the city of Mesa’s fire and medical department maintains a mutual aid agreement with AMR-Rural/Metro to assist with fire and emergency response deployment throughout the greater Mesa area. The station was delivered to Rural/Metro in 2013. The asset was 100% leased at closing by AMR-Rural/Metro.

VIAONE, president, Marc Bonilla, advised both the Seller, Luge and Sons Development Inc. of Phoenix, AZ and the Buyer, CRE Main Street LLC. of Redondo Beach, CA, in the transaction.

This marks the third Rural/Metro Fire Station sold by VIAONE. “Working with the good folks at AMRRural/Metro over the last five years I’ve becoming acutely familiar with these medical response facilities. The Sossaman Station features elements that appropriately support the necessary emergency medical response apparatus in Mesa and its surrounding areas”, added Marc Bonilla of VIAONE.
