SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ. – Everest Holdings has hired Tom Coughlin to serve as Vice President of Property Management. Tom will provide oversight of the property management arm of Everest Holdings, Everest Commercial Services.

Prior to joining Everest, Coughlin worked more than 11 years in commercial property management services in southern California and the greater Phoenix area. Most recently he served as Senior Property Manager for Lincoln Property Company overseeing The Grand at Papago Park Center.

Coughlin earned his Bachelor of Science in Regional Development from the University of Arizona. He is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management where he serves on the Board of Directors. Coughlin received his Certified Property Manager designation in 2017.
