Phoenix (Feb. 6, 2018) – The Opus Group (Opus) announced today that Clare Lydon joined Opus Development Company, L.L.C. as real estate representative. Lydon will work with Opus’ development team on the office’s current projects and will also work with local stakeholders to continue to grow Opus’ footprint in the Phoenix area with future development projects.

In her new role, Lydon will work on Union Tempe, a mixed-use development in the heart of Tempe, Longbow Gateway One in Mesa and Goodyear Crossing in Goodyear, both of which are industrial developments. Lydon will also work with the commercial real estate brokerage community, city officials and land owners to secure new sites for future development projects.
Lydon’s former positions include associate real estate manager at ViaWest Group and associate broker and marketing executive at Madrake Real Estate in Illinois. Her previous professional experience focused on real estate management and marketing. Lydon obtained her Bachelor of Science in business administration, marketing from Northern Arizona University.
In addition to her career experience, Lydon is active in professional groups and affiliations. She is the philanthropy co-chair for the Developing Leaders Steering Committee at NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association, and serves as a committee member for the Women’s Leadership Initiative at the Urban Land Institute, a network of cross-disciplinary real estate and land use experts.
