The James Agency (TJA), a Scottsdale-based integrated agency specializing in consumer advertising, public relations and digital marketing, announces plans to relocate to The Quad at 64th St. and Thomas Rd. this fall. TJA’s move to the collaborative new office park comes on the heels of the agency increasing its team by 25 percent to bolster its digital offerings. At approximately 9,000-square-feet, the new office will be double the size of TJA’s current space at Indian School Rd. and Hayden Rd.
“In today’s fast-paced digital world, it’s necessary to be early adopters and have the ability to respond to market trends in real time,” said Veronique James, founder and CEO of The James Agency. “As an industry leader, TJA has increased our focus on digital by significantly adding to our interactive department and restructuring our client services format to include both traditional and digital account management teams.”
TJA’s new two-story office will offer the additional space needed to house the agency’s growing staff. The office will be light and bright with an abundance of glass and an open floor plan devoid of cubicles. Interior design features curated by Private Label and custom furniture solutions planned by WORKspaces will give the office more of a hip hospitality feel, rather than that of a more corporate workplace. State-of-the-art technology features managed by itSynergy will include a new Wi-Fi system providing separate networks for employees and guests, fully appointed conference rooms with the latest in wireless video conferencing capabilities and the highest quality video surveillance and cybersecurity systems. Other highlights will be a massage room for monthly employee massages, a large family-style kitchen to accommodate the growing agency’s frequent team meals, three boardrooms, a spacious private outdoor patio and a large open collaboration space, dubbed “The Park” for Monday morning production meetings, weekly icebreaker activities and other team gatherings.
“Culture has always been the backbone of TJA and the new office will provide our team more space to spread its creative wings and continue to produce stellar work for our clients,” said James. “As our company continues to grow, it’s imperative to have a work environment that fosters creativity and is equipped with the latest technology.”
As one of the first tenants of The Quad community, TJA will be among other likeminded creative companies and will receive access to shared project amenities. Offerings will include a trendy onsite restaurant and coffee bar, a fitness center featuring Peloton bikes, private dog parks and an event center with a full catering kitchen, tenant liquor cabinets and lounge seating.
To go along with its relocation to the innovative new office, TJA will debut a refreshed brand including a new logo. Both will be unveiled upon move-in this fall.
TJA’s new office address at The Quad will be 6240 E. Thomas Rd., Suite 200, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. Geoff Turbow, partner at LevRose Commercial Real Estate, represented TJA. Bryan Taute and Charlie Von Arentschildt with CBRE’s Phoenix office negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord, EverWest Real Estate Partners.
