THE ALTER GROUP ANNOUNCES TWO NEW LEASES AT RIVERWALK ARIZONA

The Alter Group announces two leases at Riverwalk Arizona (www.riverwalkarizona.com), a 176-acre mixed-use business park in Scottsdale, AZ.  Mytek Network Solutions, LLC will lease 8,333 SF of space, and City Market Deli signed for 2,349SF; both companies will occupy the 7500 N. Dobson Road facility. Michael J. Alter, President of the Chicago-based national corporate real estate development firm, announced the transactions.

MYTEK Network Solutions is a Phoenix based IT Consulting, Custom Software Development, and IT Services company. In addition to its recent ranking in Inc. One of the country’s largest developments on Native American land to date, Riverwalk Arizona will yield an estimated 1,500,000 SF of corporate office and retail space, and create up to 15,000 new jobs.  Riverwalk Arizona is set on prime land owned by the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Community, home to the Pima and Maricopa Indians, descendants of the ancient Hohokam Indians.
