New Year – New Vision – New Office. After spending years at the previous location, SVN announces their office relocation to The Madison, located at 5343 N. 16th St, and makes several changes to spice it up.
A Brand New Look! The new trend of creative workspace is what every business owner is starting to create for their employees. The 2017 RED Award winners provide a great example of properties that exemplify creative design and colors that wow the audiences that utilize the space. SVN has created something very similar at their new office location. The lobby area has all been designed to bring the professional modern look to life with a customized steel sign to welcome guests. Advisors are now able to work closely together in the low-rise open workspace designed for unified collaboration. The conference rooms are plush and made for professional presentations with cutting edge technology.
SVN may have undergone some major changes but the core values and vision have always remained constant. “Our vision has always been to include the entire brokerage community,” said Managing Director Perry Laufenberg. The future of SVN will be focused on building the industrial division, recruiting efforts, and continuing to build a positive culture within the workplace. SVN was ranked #2 in the 2016 Ranking Arizona publication for Best Workplace Culture and recently selected in the Top 10 for Top Brokerage Office and Top Brokerage in Retail. Last year, Perry Laufenberg was named one of the Top Managing Directors in AZ Business Leaders magazine for his role in building and operating one of the best commercial brokerage companies in Arizona.
Culture is something you can’t actually see but it’s like a personality. It is made up of values, beliefs, and attitudes shared by a group of people. At SVN, the culture is powerful because everyone at SVN plays in a role in shaping the work environment, the relationships and overall attitudes that motivate and inspire each other. The Success Bell is just one of many ways they keep each other motivated. “Ring the bell,” said Melissa Swader, the Director of Marketing and Administration. “Our advisors work incredibly hard for our clients. When there is a new listing, closing, or acknowledgement to be made, we ring that bell and share with everyone why we can be proud of each other. Everyone deserves to be recognized for their hard work.”
“We are excited to have completed the transition into the new SVN Phoenix office. As one of the premier commercial real estate brokerage offices in Phoenix and consistently ranked as one of the top brands nationally, we strategically created first-in-class office space that would convey that message to our team, clients and guests. We struck a balance between an open, collaborative space and traditional office elements to maximize efficiency and productivity in a modern, high energy setting.” said Perry Laufenberg.
