SRS Real Estate Partners welcomes Travis Fidel as an associate in the Newport Beach office. He is joining the National Net Lease Group (NNLG) established by Matthew Mousavi and Patrick Luther, where he will focus on single-tenant net lease investment properties, 1031 exchange buyer tracking and fulfillment, and will be responsible for cross-selling all NNLG listed inventory to buyer and broker requirements centrally received by the platform.
He has a background in marketing and investment banking which both led him to transition into commercial real estate.
Fidel joins SRS from CBRE, Inc, and has an extensive background in research and analysis using CoStar and Exceligent. He also has experience creating advertising campaigns and tracking performances through Google Analytics and AdWords.
Fidel has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado where he was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) as well as the Urban Land Institute.
“With more than $400M in listed retail property in more than 25 states, and growing, we are pleased to have Travis join the NNLG platform. In addition to his focus on national net lease investment sales he will assist in tracking 1031 exchange requirements with an emphasis on West Coast based multi-family and retail exchange investors, who tend to trade into net lease retail properties,” said Matthew Mousavi, managing principal for the National Net Lease Group and senior vice president, investment properties. “Additionally, because of our single-platform design, all of NNLG’s marketing efforts are centrally located and resourced, and Travis will manage cross-selling all buyer and broker inquiries and their corresponding requirements to all NNLG listed inventory.”
“Travis is going to make a great addition to the net lease team, and he will allow us to better serve our clients with our 1031 exchange buyer tracking and cross-selling initiatives we have in place,” said Patrick Luther, managing principal for the National Net Lease Group and senior vice president, investment properties. “We are excited to have him on board and eager to continue growing our team.”
