RETAIL LEASES:
Erin Schrauth, Greg Vanlerberghe and Peter McQuaid represented the landlord to lease 1,756 SF to a discount store at Campe Verde Outpost Mall, located at 522 E. Finnie Flats Road in Camp Verde.

Adam Lopez represented the landlord at Warne West Industrial Park to lease 4,800 SF to ATA Taekwondo. This retail center is located at 3767 W. Broadway Road in Phoenix.

Ryan Mojahed represented the tenant to lease 4,988 SF to Knockout Fitness at Val Vista Marketplace, located at 70-130 Val Vista Road in Gilbert. Pederson Group represented the landlord.

Greka Pita just signed a lease at Camelback Colonnade to occupy 1,255 SF of retail space. The center is located at 1919 E. Camelback Road in Phoenix and Barbara McKenney of Sperry Van Ness represented the landlord.

Filiberto’s Mexican Restaurant is opening their newest location at Parkway Village in Goodyear. The popular fast serve franchise, represented by Peter McQuaid, Greg Vanlerberghe and Erin Schrauth, will occupy 1,950 SF at this location.

Rommie Mojahed & Mary Ridberg represented the seller to close on a Dairy Queen located at 7510 S. Rural Road in Tempe. The deal from list to close was less than 45 days, full price offer at $948,148, all cash buyer.

Aztec Pawn leased 2,213 SF of retail space at Desert Sky Esplanade located at the NWC 75th Avenue and McDowell Road in Phoenix. Peter McQuaid, Greg Vanlerberghe and Erin Schrauth represented the tenant

OFFICE LEASES:
Justin Horwitz and Nicole Ridberg represent the landlord at Ventura Gateway and have leased a 2,218 SF office suite to Go Furnished Housing.

LAND SALES:
Judy Jones and Shari A. Tucker-Gasser represented the seller, Bong W.Choi & Mi Hwa, in the sale of 1.67 acres of land located at the SWC of 59th Avenue and Maryland Avenue in Glendale. The parcel sold for $360,500 and the buyer, Hutton Growth One, LLC, was represented by William Moore of Fieldstone West Realty, Inc. The buyer plans to develop a Family Dollar Store on the property.
