ArmorWorks Enterprises, LLC has signed a 42,569 SF lease on a building located at 33 S. 56th Street in Chandler. The building is the former headquarters to Av-Air, which is completing construction of a new HQ building. The 5 year lease was valued at roughly $1 million.
Curtis Brown of Ross Brown Partners represented ArmorWorks Enterprises and Andy Ogan of Lee and Associates represented the Landlord, Reasons Aviation, LLC.
Founded in 1996, ArmorWorks is a Phoenix, Arizona area company that provides high-tech military armor protection. Their armor systems are in-service around the world in several U.S. Military applications.
ArmorWorks has produced over 1.6 million body armor plates, over 100,000 mine blast protective seats, and over 7,500 vehicle armor kits.
“This is our 11th transaction we’ve done on behalf of Armor Works and their related entities,” said Curtis Brown, Principal of Ross Brown Partners, “those deals comprise nearly 420,000 SF of space that includes both building leases and sales. We are seeing a real upsurge in our corporate services business and serial repeat customers like ArmorWorks are a big part of that.”
