REMINGTON NEVADA ANNOUNCES AT HOME, HOME DÉCOR SUPERSTORE AND NEW TENANTS TO SAN TAN PAVILIONS

Remington Nevada, a premiere commercial land development company in the Southwest, has announced new tenants to San Tan Pavilions shopping center in Gilbert, Arizona. At Home, the home décor superstore, will be the anchor store for San Tan Pavilions and will house more than 108,000 square feet of home décor, from living room furnishings to outdoor furniture. This will be the sixth At Home store in Arizona.

Other familiar names opening in the fourth quarter of 2017 at San Tan Pavilions include:

Jersey Mike’s – The newest location for this popular sub sandwich shop will be approximately 1,500 square feet and will serve favorites such as, “The Jersey Shore”, “Super Sub” and “Mike’s Famous Philly,” to name a few. https://www.jerseymikes.com

San Tan Pavilions will have approximately 297,055 square feet of retail, shopping and dining businesses on 33 acres of land.
