Phoenix, Ariz. – Reliance Commercial Real Estate announced the closing of Union Crossing. The property, located at 4330 W. Union Hills Rd in Phoenix sold for $9,130,000 or $118 per square foot.
The two buildings, totaling 79,044 square feet, were 91 percent leased with a mix of local and national tenants including; Asiana Market, Dairy Queen, Helmet Center and a new build to suit Federico’s Mexican Restaurant on the hard corner.
Jake Danovic of Reliance represented the Seller Eleven Investments in the sale and sourced the out of state buyer for their first acquisition in the Phoenix MSA.
Danovic also represented Eleven Investments in the acquisition and lease up of the asset. This marks the third retail property Danovic has sold for Eleven Investments recently representing $24M in transactional volume.
