CBRE’s Tucson office has released the following recent transaction report:

 

Dr. Jeff Martin and Dr. Will Taylor purchased a 4,569 sq. ft. shell condominium medical office property at 7350 Speedway Boulevard. The buyer was represented by Christian Gile of Arizona Health Realty. The seller was represented by David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson of CBRE.  The sale price was $551,520.

Full Spectrum Health Care, LLC purchased a 1,158 sq. ft. shell office property at 5425 N. Oracle Road. The buyer was represented by Oxford Realty Advisors. The seller was represented by David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson of CBRE. The sale price was $121,590.

 

Peter Reynolds purchased a 3,400 sq. ft. medical office building at 523-527 N. Tucson Boulevard. The seller was represented by David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson of CBRE. The sale price was $390,000.

 

JCM Tucson, LLC purchased a 2,436 sq. ft. medical office building located at 1880 W. Orange Grove. The seller was represented by David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson of CBRE. The purchase price was $400,000.

 

Mindy Huyen Bui, Nail File Spa, leased 1,200 sq. ft. in a planned retail shop building to begin construction in Las Plazas at Old Vail, located at 10235 E. Old Vail Road. The landlord was represented by Jesse Blum and Nancy McClure of CBRE.

 

Raise the Bar Fitness leased a 5,280 sq. ft. industrial property at 8620 E. Old Vail Road. The landlord was represented by Tim Healy and Robert DeLaney of CBRE.

 

Zana Transportation purchased a 4,500 sq. ft. industrial property at 7260 S. Frances Avenue. The buyer was represented by Esther Empens of Tierra Antigua Realty. The seller was represented by Tim Healy and Robert DeLaney of CBRE. The purchase price was $167,500.

 

 

Richard Bock and Jesse Smith leased a 1,783 sq. ft. office property at 100 N. Stone Avenue. The landlord was represented by Bruce Suppes and David Volk of CBRE.

TPA Holdings, LLC purchased a 1,145 sq. ft. shell condominium medical office building at 7350 Speedway Boulevard. Oxford Realty Advisors represented the buyer. The seller was represented by David Montijo and Damian Wilkinson of CBRE. The sale price was $143,125.

 

Pasqua Yaqui Tribe leased 1,425 sq. ft. of medical space at 1701 W. St Mary’s Road. The tenant was represented by Dave Blanchette and Ian Stuart with CBRE. The landlord was represented by Tom Neiman with Cushman Wakefield | PICOR.

 

Pizza Hut of Arizona leased a 1,356 sq. ft. retail property located at 3964 N. Oracle Road. The tenant was represented by Jesse Peron and Peter Villaescusa of CBRE. The landlord was represented by David Carroll of Romano Real Estate.
