The property, located on 10.9 acres on the northwest corner of Signal Butte Road and Southern Avenue at 10656, 10708 and 10714 E. Southern Avenue, sold for $13,000,000 or $140 per square foot.
The 92,626-square-foot center was 92 percent leased with a mix of local and national tenants, including Hobby Lobby, Dollar Tree, Wendy’s, Little Caesars, Firehouse Subs, ABC Dentistry and more.
