Luke Donahue, senior vice president and John Kinser, vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Phoenix-based regional office, arranged acquisition financing of $6.375 million for a 42,656 sq. ft. retail property located in 2100 S Gilbert Road in Chandler, Ariz.
The transaction was structured with a 10-year term and 25-year amortization schedule.
NorthMarq arranged financing for the borrower through its correspondent relationship with a life insurance company.
Firehouse Subs, JCPenny, and Sears represent the property’s major tenants.
