LGE Design Build’s latest addition to the Valley landscape is Gilbert’s Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row, a lively establishment that brings gastropub fare, live music and country culture to the East Valley.
Construction on the 13,456 square-foot project located in the Heritage District at 323 N Gilbert Road, Gilbert, wrapped last month, with LGE serving as the general contractor and architect. In addition to an expansive patio area, the venue offers live music on the weekends, ample craft beer offerings, a dance floor and considerable room for guests to play cornhole and other outdoor games.
Designed to complement the surrounding landscape while paying homage to Gilbert’s early days as one of Arizona’s agricultural epicenters, Whiskey Row features high ceilings and wood and agrarian accents blended with more modern, contemporary touches.
“We have a great location, and we wanted to create something that could really capitalize on natural light and the indoor and outdoor space,” said Sean Frantz, Whiskey Row’s Marketing Director. “LGE understood our vision, and they knew exactly how to bring it to fruition.”
Whiskey Row faces Gilbert Road, ensuring ample foot traffic from residents and visitors to the increasingly pedestrian-friendly area.
“It’s about having a good time, and we all worked together to create a space in good taste,” said LGE Design Build President and CEO David Sellers. “We know it’ll be a welcome addition to Gilbert.”
The new Gilbert Whiskey Row joins existing locations in Tempe and Scottsdale, Arizona, and coming soon to Nashville, Tennessee. For more about Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row, visit DierksWhiskeyRow.com. For more about LGE Design Build, visit LGEDesignBuild.com.
