The 11,878 square foot retail center is a multi-tenant property that boasts excellent curb appeal and visibility along Union Hills Drive with over 300 feet of frontage and located directly west of the Loop 101.

The property is fully leased to four tenants, the largest being Arrowhead Grill, a chef-owned steak and seafood restaurant that offers private and outdoor dining and a full bar. The center is also home to New York Pizza Dept., a popular local chain that has 10 locations in the Valley. Union Hills North benefits from several large retailers located nearby, including Walmart, Sam’s Club, and LA Fitness, bringing the average vehicles per day to over 30,000 along Union Hills Dr. The property is also located just a mile from Arrowhead Towne Center, the Northwest Valley’s premier shopping venue with over 170 top retailers.
