Menlo Group negotiated the sale of 7.8 acres of land, located at 1810 S. Crismon Rd., Mesa, Ariz.
Phoenix, Ariz. — Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate has successfully negotiated the sale of 7.8 acres of land for $3,600,000. The property is located at 1810 S. Crismon Rd., Mesa, Ariz. between the US-60 and Baseline Rd.
Menlo Group President Tanner Milne and Vice President Steve Berghoff represented the seller, Utah-based West of 3rd, LLC, throughout the transaction.

The buyer, Overland Development Corporation, plans to use the land to develop a senior housing facility. The space is located within the Odyssey Medical & Professional Center and near the Mountain Vista Medical Center.
