In addition, Melissa has spent time in developing and implementing new office policies and procedures throughout the office, creating an effortless process to list new property deals, track the progress, create specialized market reports, and write and release any press statements to the media regarding any closed lease/sale transactions. SVN Desert Commercial also participates in outside charitable events, such as Brokers for Kids, where Swader served as captain to lead the SVN brokerage team to help raised money for Girls Hope, Boys Hope, the primary beneficiary.
