Mattamy Homes has leased 8,350 sq. ft. of office space at La Paloma Corporate Center, located at 3567 E. Sunrise Dr. in Tucson, Arizona. Mattamy Homes is one of North America’s largest privately owned homebuilders, servicing major metropolitan areas across the United States and Canada. The tenant was represented by James Hardman with DESCO Southwest.
The landlord was represented by David Montijo and Jeff Casper with CBRE.
The leasing of new office space is just one way that Mattamy Homes has ramped up its activity in Tucson. The company has already invested more than $50 million in Tucson residential properties since 2014 and aims to continue developing new residential communities in the area.
“Accessibility, quality space, and proximity to great amenities has made the office market in the Foothills very attractive,” said CBRE’s Casper. “Mattamy will have a very nice office space and show room that is accessible to their existing locations in Dove Mountain and Oro Valley, as well as their planned communities on the east side.“
