Phoenix, Ariz. – Valley-based multifamily investment firm Mark-Taylor announced today that they now manage luxury apartment home community Carter in Old Town Scottsdale. The company also recently took over management of The Core in north Scottsdale.
Carter comprises 385 units and is located just south of Osborn Road at 3300 N. Scottsdale Road. The community offers a resort-style swimming pool area with an expansive tanning deck, areas for both outdoor dining and entertaining, onsite health and wellness options, a well-equipped game room, a relaxation courtyard, a multilevel parking garage and custom home grade finishes.
The Core comprises 282 units and is located at 15333 N. Hayden Road in the Scottsdale Airpark, adjacent to Costco. The project was built two years ago, and Toronto-based Starlight Investments recently purchased the property for $80.4 million. Oakdale Communities, formerly known as Sunrise Luxury Living of Houston, developed the property. Mark-Taylor will handle the management of The Core. The Core is the second Starlight acquisition in Phoenix with Mark-Taylor managing both. The first was Avant at Fashion Center in Chandler.
The Core offers spacious interiors, premium finishes and appliances, hardwood floors, quartz countertops, private patios, a fitness center complete with yoga and spin bikes, a parking garage and a state-of-the-art alarm system.
