Kelly O’Dea of LevRose/TCN Worldwide represented the Seller, SPQR, LLC, and the buyer was represented by Chris Marchildon and Barry Gabel of CBRE.

Make-a-Wish Foundation of Arizona made the purchase through contributions from a large donor and intends to perform a full remodel of the property.

Relocating from the property is RevSolve, formerly Collections Service Bureau (CSB). CSB has been in the South Scottsdale area for 50 years, and holds service contracts with an impressive list of healthcare providers throughout the western United States such as Banner Health and Scottsdale Lincoln Health Network. They have relocated just over a mile south to a ±37,000 square foot office they acquired in July.
