LGE Design Build to Start Construction on $10 Million Chandler Corporate Industrial Center This Month

LGE Design Build is about to break ground on Chandler Corporate Industrial Center, a world-class institution that will enhance the city’s growing reputation as a center for business and commerce.
The $10 million, 100,018 square-foot project will take shape at 370 N Juniper Drive in Chandler, beginning in early November, with construction set to wrap sometime next summer. Leading the charge is Desert Palm Management Group LLC, which teamed up with LGE after they purchased an LGE-constructed property adjacent to the new construction site for a previous project, with the guidance of Greg Hopley, Executive Vice President of Colliers International.
“When it comes to locations, this is about as good as it gets,” Hopley said of the decision to build on Chandler soil. “It’s close to highways, there’s great opportunity for expansion, and there’s plenty of economically feasible housing in the area.”
LGE Design Build’s President and CEO David Sellers noted that his team’s goal was to create a striking, state-of-the-art corporate facility that would set the standard for similar projects in the region.
“An undertaking of this magnitude can do tremendous things for the city of Chandler, from creating new job opportunities to leading more and more people to live, work, dine and shop in the city,” he said.
The permitting and planning process has proved smooth thus far, with Desert Palm relying heavily on LGE while working largely offsite.
