There’s some prime new real estate on Chandler soil, but this time, it’s for brokers to use, rather than sell.
LGE Design Build recently completed construction on a massive new mixed-use project located at 2301 S. Stearman Drive in Chandler, and Revelation Real Estate, the East Valley’s premier and top-producing brokerage for six years and counting, has a new place to call home.
The 20,214 square-foot, $5 million property is the company’s new official headquarters, but it’s also revolutionizing the real estate business Valley-wide, offering realtors and those looking to enter the industry a real estate school, a brokerage firm, the title company “Magnus Title,” an event center and a bar and café, all in one. Ultimately, the new space serves as a single, standalone resource for the Valley’s real estate professionals, but it will also serve double-duty as a public special event space and gathering place.
“May was our agents’ single-biggest month ever, and it’s not a coincidence,” said Angela Fazio, who heads Revelation Real Estate alongside her husband, Chuck. “People are checking out the bar and café, and they’re curious about the building, and it started generating new business – and interest from agents – right off the bat.”
Already one of the top single offices in the nation, Revelation chose to partner with LGE Design Build on the project in part because of the general contracting and design company’s similar reputation for excellence. “It’s been wonderful to work with LGE,” Angela said. “There are always bumps along the way when it comes to these projects, and LGE handled everything perfectly.”
In addition to the property’s interior space, an expansive patio equipped with its own bar adds another 7,000 square feet to the sprawling facility. While office space abounds and can be used by realtors who come and go based on project or need, there’s also plenty of room for relaxing. Occupants can take a break from their day-to-day duties while shooting pool in an onsite billiards area, or take a breather alongside calming water fixtures or in one of the building’s numerous seating areas.
LGE Design Build President and CEO David Sellers is eager to see what the new project spells for the future of real estate. “Chuck, Angela and the whole Revelation team are some of the most innovative folks I know, and the impact of the Fazio name on the Valley real estate scene will only grow moving forward.”
